Neurological tuning fork c128/C64 according to Rydel Seiffer with plastic base and removable dampers. With dampers, the tuning fork vibrates at 64 Hz and without dampers at 128 Hz. It is used to examine the patient's sensitivity to vibration. In neurology, this tuning fork is used to diagnose neuropathy and to make meaningful diagnoses without having to carry out costly screens. Long-term observations through the scaling on the dampers also provide important information.

In addition to neurological applications, this tuning fork is also used for audiological tests. For this purpose the dampers are removed. Here too, reliable initial diagnoses and hearing tests can be carried out and costly audio tests can be avoided. .

At the end, the frequency is checked again and only then does each tuning fork receive the CE mark.
